A clinic sees your pet's details only when you have a booking with it or have given it access; medical history only with your consent.
On the pet page you can see which clinic viewed your pet's records.
A clinic's internal notes (such as a behaviour warning) stay within that clinic.
Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt); the site is hosted by Vercel. [Counsel to confirm the basis for international transfer.]
Account data is kept while the account is active. Veterinary records created by a clinic may be kept for the period required by law. [Counsel to state the periods.]
