These terms govern the use of MegoPet: the pet's digital passport, clinic booking and the clinic management tools.

Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the accuracy of what you enter.
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time from Settings.
Pet details are added by you or by the clinic that treats the pet. Records confirmed by a clinic are marked as such; what you enter is marked "reported by owner".
The MegoPet passport is not an official travel or state veterinary document.
A booking is made on the clinic's free time. The clinic may confirm, move or cancel a visit; you are notified when it does.
You can cancel in the app. If you cannot come, please cancel in advance.
Visit records are written by the clinic's vet, who is responsible for their content. MegoPet stores and shows the record but does not give medical advice.
In an emergency, contact the clinic directly.
A clinic appears on MegoPet after its application is reviewed and approved. Each clinic is responsible for its own services, prices and staff.
Online payment is switched off at this stage. Prices shown are for information; you pay at the clinic.
